Commodore,
Erik Milburn, Jr.
Eric and Laura Milburn
joined the Club in February 2006. Soon after joining, Eric joined the
Bartenders Committee. He also assisted the House Committee on several
occasions by providing refreshments for the Dark Horse at General
Meetings. In November 2008 Eric was nominated and elected Treasurer for
the 2008-09 fiscal year. His responsibilities included the collection and
disbursements of Club funds, recording monthly and yearly
receipts-to-date, filing necessary financial forms, and keeping financial
records up-to-date and available for reporting to our Club members,
Accountants and State Auditors. In November 2009, after successfully
completing his term as Treasurer, he was elected for another term,
followed by a third term in November 2010. During the past three years,
Eric has diligently provided our Commodore and his Board with budgeting
information and sage advice which helped in establishing our most recent
dues increase bringing us to the new year with increased confidence. This
year, Eric has been elected to the office of Commodore. We wish him
success with his new responsibilities.

Vice Commodore, Sue
Bohm
Suzanne and Josef Bohm
joined the Club in April 2006. In November of that year, Joe was nominated
and elected Club Treasurer, and in 2007 he was again elected Treasurer for
the 2007-08 fiscal year. In November of 2007, Sue was appointed Chairperson
of the Entertainment and Special Affairs Committees, coordinating the
various traditional events, dinner dances, etc. that took place during both
the summer and winter months. With Joe's help, she did an excellent job
organizing Entertainment events at many of the functions, including St.
Patrick's Day, the Fitting-Out Dance, Oktoberfest, both Christmas and New
Year's parties, and more. Sue continued heading up this Committee, working
tirelessly for four years. In addition to these responsibilities, both Sue
and Joe joined in to help other Committees relating to the Bartenders'
Committee and the House Committee. In Eb Mueller's absence, Sue also
handled payroll and scheduling this past summer as part of the Summer House
Committee and helped run the Summer House with Craig Margolis and Ed McGilly.
This year, she was nominated and elected Vice Commodore for the
coming year. We wish her success with her new responsibilities as Vice
Commodore and ask for everyone's cooperation and support in this most
difficult task.

Rear-Commodore, Mike Kozyrski
Michael and Marybeth Kozyrski joined the Club
in March 2008. Soon after, Mike became interested in the Marina
Committee, and in November 2009 he was appointed Lagoon Chairman. He held
this position for two years. Some of his responsibilities entailed dock
maintenance, measuring of boats, electrolysis testing on all boats,
winterization, and summarization of the Marina. In November 2011, he was
nominated and elected Rear-Commodore. His new responsibilities will
encompass all issues pertaining to the Marina, including the assignment of
slips and the collection of fees, the revision and posting of waiting
lists, Marina maintenance, and the enforcement of Marina Rules and
Regulations. We hope you will give Mike your utmost cooperation in the
tasks he has at hand.
Treasurer,
Peter Scholz, Jr
Peter Scholz and his wife, AnnMarie
joined the Club in
March 2009. Although members in the Club for
a very short time, Peter took over the Grounds Committee from Jim Borella
in 2010. Both Jim and Peter were involved in developing an irrigation
system for watering plants in front of the Club and maintaining the
Grounds sprinkler system. This year, Peter was nominated and elected
Treasurer for the 2011-12 fiscal year. His duties will include the
collection and disbursements of Club funds, recording monthly and yearly
receipts-to-date, filing necessary financial forms, and keeping all
financial records up-to-date and available for reporting to Club members,
Accountants and State Auditors as required. We wish him success with his
upcoming fiscal obligations.

Secretary,
Julie Benkovsky
Steven and Julie Benkovsky joined the Club in January 2011. During the
past year they have been active on the Bartenders Committee helping out
whenever and wherever needed. Although a member of the Club a very short
time, Julie felt that she would be able to assist the Board as Club
Secretary and was nominated and elected Secretary for the 2011-12 fiscal
year. Her responsibilities will include the recording and keeping of all
minutes of monthly General Meetings, Board Meetings and Special Meetings.
In addition, Julie will be responsible for maintaining custody of all
reports and documents submitted by the Board and the membership relating
to Club members. We welcome Julie as a new Board Member and wish her much
success with her new endeavors in the coming year.
Let's make every effort to give
our new Board Members the support and cooperation they deserve!
