Club Rental by Members

The Club is available for rental by members from October to mid May, on the days the Club is normally closed, and when no Club function is scheduled. Also, the Club is now available to the members for the holidays. If you were thinking to have a gang over and you were worried about not having room think about renting the Club.

Also for companies that need a natural place to have a conferences or project planning meetings the club is available

To rent the Club you must first call the Calendar Officer to be sure the date you want is available. The Vice Commodore or I will then send you a contract for your party. Arrangements for picking up the key to the House shall be done by you and the Vice Commodore.

The kitchen is available for cooking and so are the china and utensils, and you can use your own caterer.

You can have your own DJ, a band, or just use our radio. You are responsible for setting up your own tables and chairs which are stored in the coat room, and you are responsible for returning the Club back to the condition you found it in. There is a vacuum, mop and broom available.
